Trevor again showed his professionalism and expertise when inspecting our house in Mt Eliza. His detailed, comprehensive report with photos and recommendations arrived the next day (by email). Trevor also spoke with us in detail about his inspection and recommendations. He explained the risks of future termite infestation and things we should fix around the house to reduce the risks.

Highly recommend the team for termite inspections! Justin was thorough and explained what he was looking for and why. He was also incredibly accommodating and considerate after I let him know about my anxiety. Justin also explained our options with preventative measures, and answered all our questions. The service was held in professional way. I wasn't though asked and I didn't give any permission for the pictures taken from my place and see those pictures at a later stage on the inspection report.
I do understand that the technician use these as a proof that he conducted the place and did the inspection finally but it should get my permission first.
